The Fiat coupe I had was the 6-speed LE 20Valve Turbo....book speed of 5 speeder was 155....probably several more MPH for the six speeder(doesnt really matter at these speeds anyway I know!!)

If you want to compare the Fiat Coupe to say the Audi TT 225BHP model then have a look at the standing quarter miles (f*ck these silly 0-60 times..they are b0llox..standing qaurter miles is how performance should be tetsed)...coupe = 14.7, TT = 16.1.. complete ars3 whipping for the TT..and I have had the pleasure of doing this many times to that car. Civic Type R's ...please!!!!!!!!
Subaru's yes..i was talking about the standard UK model MK1...there are variants that are a faster..wont argue there.

Anyways....I will be getting keys to my new GTV 3.2V6 next month and giving my girlfriend the HGT so she can have the pleasure of wasting these so-called 'fast' GTi golfs boxy thingy's [)]

at the end of the day, you don't buy a 1.1/1.2 punto because you want a fast car, they look good there cheap and if you below 20 you can afford to insure one without payin over the odds, so f**k it i'm quite happy driving a shoppy trolley!

...as for drag racing em, i used to smoke 1.1 puntos from traffic lights on a 125 gilera runner (thats a scooter incase n e ones wonderin!) and it used to tax em to catch up! so can't imagine its that excitin....

wats the thing with golfs????? ive never had ne golfs racing me, just twats in various clios which are as slow as neway. the (1.2) punto's fine for nipping around town, smokin a few ppl but wen u go out on motorway, country roads it lacks a bit of torque.....spose the 17s dont help
