punto mk2 problem with lights

Hi I am hoping someone can help,a few weeks ago a friend fitted me a new fuel pump,as soon as I used the car again I realised the indicators weren't working properly so I changed the bulbs now my brake lights stay on until I break and my indicators are not right and I can't use my lights,also my rear wiper has stopped working!!

can anybody please advise? I can't use my car in the dark or the rain!!

did you fit right bulb correctly?

there is a main earth in the boot used by the light circuits. i wonder if it has been disturned during the fuel pump replacement?
