The turbo is mounted on the exhaust manifold there should be no need to touch the cylinder head bolts. The manifold studs/nuts can be seized - Dont force them apply heat with a gas torch or arc weld to free the seizure. If you force them and any snap you will probably have to remove the head to fix the broken off studs.
Head bolts removal order is the reverse of the fitting order. You can do a search for that.
When you put it back onto the engine make sure the pipes are 100% clean of debris. Any grains of carbon or dirt hitting the turbo will ruin it. Turbos are simple things but they spin at incredible speed and easily damaged.
