punto black bit by the door

how hard would it be to fit a new one of them black bits next to the door on a mk2b punto and how much would it cost for the bit?? or how much would fiat wont to do it?? i have to holes in the drivers door one and they are geting bigger

its easy peal old off remove glue with solvent. spay with soapy water fit new squeese out bubbles an you done
