Technical Proxy procedure remembered error (engine cental)

Hi everyone,

I have a not so common issue, and want to find some solution.
I will be extremely thankful for any help.

My car is Fiat Nuovo Bravo, 1.9 MJET Emotion 120hp.

Since I bought a car, I have a yellow triangle lamp which tells me that Hill Holder and ESP are not available.

I have tried to find what is the problem, but everywhere on the forums people say that issue is related to the break pedal switch. So I was not concerned so much.
But afterwards, I wanted to fix that but simply it's not possible, because someone played around with engine central.

Explanation from a Fiat service:

"Engine is tested, and there is an error in a memory of a engine central. Someone has changed proxy procedure and since than, central has remembered error and it is not possible to revert to the default state. That process could damage engine central and body computer".

Of course, they do not want to give any guarantee; therefore, they cannot do anything.

Car is from Italy and I do not know who might try to change anything.

Any ideas?

From what i read i understand there was a bad proxy alignment and since then the engine ECU has a error.

Please post the error code.

You should check with MES and see if you have any other errors on sensors like the steering wheel position sensor.
