Technical Proxy Alignment

Hey, I've installed the Sporting dashboard on my car and the mileage won't stop blinking. Everything else works fine. I heard that you need to do a proxy alignment with MES.
I was wondering what cables do I need? I heard VAG-KKL doesn't work do to proxy alignment. Probably ELM327?

To whoever's interested:
Have been googling and found out that you'll need to have an ELM327 cable that's modified to be compatible with MES.

Also, depending on your FIAT model you'll need some adaptors, but for the mk2a/2b you'll be fine with just the ELM327 cable.
Likewise you'll MES Registered to work, the free version won't work.
