Technical Proxi alignment, steering Column, diagnostic

I'm having issues with with the power steering light up changed my battery the earth strap the steering is really heavy the guides on a diagnostic yesterday and it came up with two failures because there's no power to the steering can anybody come out and do a free one for me who's fiat 500 who has good knowledge and find out what the issue is he said that the steering column and the module is not receiving any electricity maybe I need a proxy alignment and a restart

Start checking all the big fuses and checking for broken or disconnected wires. There are plenty of posts on here regarding what to check. Im not sure a proxi will help, but MES may give better indications.

EPS is a big voltage consumer. No power means that's where you should start.
This is on my Punto. Yours should be very much the same.
EPS module sits on the column steering under (well... technically it is above) the plastic cover. Has the power feed plug - the blue one with 2 large wires, White/Red Line wire is +12 V and Black wire is Ground. There are 2 more plugs on that module, one for steering angle sensor and one for electric steering motor.
Ground line is connected either directly on battery (-) terminal connector, either on the chassis on a stub.
+12 V cable comes from engine bay fusebox, connected underneath with a similar blue plug holding just the White/Red Line cable. It is protected by a Maxi Fuse on that fusebox, sitting above the cable. I think it is 50 or 60 A.
So first thing for you to do is to check if there is voltage reaching the EPS module end.
I suspect the Maxi Fuse on the circuit is blown. Test it with a multimeter. Pull it out and check continuity between its pins. No continuity means blown fuse. Could be something else causing it, but that is your first step to do there.
