General problem with instruments

Hi, i have got a 1.2 16v elx 2000 brava.recently I replaced the intrument panel with one from an sx model. It don't have warning ligts for opel doors, stop lights. Also my stop lights stoped to operate. What could I do with? I'm so sorry for my bad english

Get correct instrument cluster as the sx does not have those features.
The wiring is different for the lights as the lamps are fed through the instrumentcluster "blown lamp warning" unit which measures the current going to the lights.

Without rewiring? no.
Here are wiring diagrams for the brake lights on both systems.

Diagrams are for marea, but the wiring is pretty much the same, not sure if the colours are same.
I think you need to do the same for numberplatelights and parking lights as the check panel also measures them.
