Technical problem with engine

hi ive got 1.3 multijet diesel, my problem is im loosing water out of the header tank. ive had the system pressure tested and according to the results theres no leaks on the system. theres no signs of water getting into the oil but im still loosing water but theres no indication of drips underneath the car.

has anyone got any advice on what might be the problem?

Nope but there's black smoke under heavy acceleration I forgot to add

You always get black smoke on heavy acceleration that's all pretty normal

At what rate are you losing the water, over how many miles. Any wet carpets in the foot wells?
Could be something as stupid as the pressure cap on the bottle has stopped working and it's letting the water out as steam

I seemto be loseing water about half of header tank on a .15 to 30 mile journy ive had pressure cap tested when i had system tested darren

Have you looked at all of your hoses? How about the water pump gasket?

Try putting some stop-leak in it and see what happens.

well if it losing that amount of water then you simply cannot say that everything is ok because its been pressure tested.

their is either a significant leak or its being drawn into the cylinders either should have shown up on test.
