After being rudely woken up by my postman at 6.00am, i realised that my parcel from louie had arrived. :):)
At 6.20 i was outside working on my beloved. :D:D Although the OH was definalty NOT impressed :eek: Anyway after changing the carb, relays and leads, (bearing in mind the car has not run for a week) i held my breath and turned the key, First time she fired and ran, i let her temp gauge hit 90'c and turned her off. (Now when i first got her, she would never start straight away as soon as she hit 90'c) as soon as i turned her off, i pulled the battery to reset the ECU. waited 30 minutes. Reconnected battery, held my breath and turned the key. Again she fired first time. I drove her about 10 miles turned around and came straight back. Turned her off, left her 45 minutes, (those of you that have read my other thread will know why) came back out to her, held my breath again and turned the key. She fired straight away!!! :slayer::slayer:
Louie mate i could kiss you except you wouldnt like it :p so thanks again, for everybodies help on here, my baby is back on the road!!!! :D:D:D

Yer babes, this is the oddly packed item.. Postage hit the next charge band when in a box, so I used a new method similar to how WayneGTS sent that header tank to me.

Glad it all got there safe!

The 2 relays under the bonnet are the same part number hence why I didn’t label them up. I’ve worked out that the blue relay was acutely the flash unit for the indicators.

Always really good to hear when parts I’ve sold on get there in good time, in one bit and even better when they help keep other Unos on the road!
