Hello all,
If you are looking for low cost pressurised spray system for wax, then look no further than here;

I have one of these;
http://www.rust.co.uk/popup.cfm?p_i=405073&p_n=405073
It is a modified electric paint spray gun for wax. And its ideal for spraying wax into Cavities. It comes with a long pipe to get into those difficult to reach areas, I've got a X1/9 which has masses of hidden box sections and none of the metal is galvanised or rust protected from factory unlike modern Fiats from the last 15 years.

I've used it with both Waxoyl and Dinitrol - usually 3125 which is ideal for dirty areas or 470 - which is a cavity wax for clean areas. Ive found that 3125 is generally better for older cars because the cavities are usually fairly dirty. It's a slightly messy process and somewhat noisy operation that takes me a day and I usually do once a year. The wax does tend to ooze out of every conceivable gap and even after it has set a few days later, little runs of wax appear from gaps around the body work.

Like some others have noted, I wouldn't recommend doing this during this time of year what with all the salt on the roads, wait until May or June when the car has been completely dry for a few weeks, that means not washing it during this period as well. Any questions please ask, but its a much cheaper option than buying a compressor and does just as adequate job.
