Technical Power loss at low revs

I have fiat punto evo 1.3lt multijet diesel, 2012 model year. 215 000kms. At low revs going into acceleration there is a complete loss of power momentarily. Engaging 1st gear power returns. Recent obd check found no defects. This is a dangerous condition when in an intersection. No problems on open road. Members feed back on what can be wrong will be appreciated.

Check for loss of turbo boost pressure, although I would have thought you would get an error code message for that.
