Has anyone noticed a significant drop in the range over the last few weeks? I seem to be charging much more often than in the summer.

Batteries are less efficient when cold. Some electric cars have battery heating systems (and cooling), which of course takes some of the power. It is normal to see a drop in range in colder weather.
The best range, nearest to that quoted by the manufacturer, can only be found in Spring and Autumn, when the weather is the right temperature and humidity not to need heating or cooling, or lights or wipers.

The general rule of thumb for EV's is that heating the cabin in winter will reduce the range by 25-30%, and increase the cost of recharging by a similar amount.
