General Fiat 500e doesn’t go in to neutral

Hi,
Does anybody know how to put a 500e into neutral?
Just took my fiat 500 to get mot but they do not know how to get it in to neutral.

The auto brake keeps coming on!

Can anyone help?

Turn off auto hold to get it to stay in neutral with unlocked wheels. However I'm pretty certain if you then open the door it'll go into Park.

I haven't tried this but according to the manual, the Safe Hold function can be temporarily disabled by pressing the parking brake switch
and the brake pedal at the same time, with the engine energised, car stationary in Neutral and the driver side door open. It should reset to normal operation when the ignition is switched off and then on again or the car driven above a certain speed.
