and some more, check the air filter, that took 2 days to fit moving the rad 3 inch, modified afm bracket ,small battery, and cold air feed +2, and the SCORPION!!! badge on the dash

Yes my late MK1 has a digital dash. However, it’s a re-shelled 86 D reg, and as far as I know, has the digital dash loom too. I can have a look at the ECU connector if need be, but I don’t want to remove the dash TBH.

Weren’t Dunc looking into the boost gauge

I got this Uno back in January, as a non-runner. I have only got as far as removing the Turbo and Head to date. Think I’m in need of a new charger and some bottom end work so its on hold for who knows how long .

Been following the story of your antiskid and recall it going up on e-bay – wot a bargain!!! IIR there’s only 2 others in the UK. Good to see this one has fallen into good hands

Ant – I’m loving your MK2. Not long since sold my MK2. which part of Mcr you from? I recently moved from Urmston.

Thanks mate but all i need to know is the wiring in behind the dash, maybe if dunc gets a move on i might get it sorted... lol
Yeah mine was a real bargin picked her up for 250 quid with heaps of spares so im well happy, will be posting more pic's up after my respray so keep an eye out for them.
Not sure whats next other than a re - spray there aint alot else to do, i got a spare lump so i might challange that soon and build a good one like 180 bhp would be nice..

cheers for that i'm a gorton lad he he! I built the turbo for my wife (i get to drive it at the weekend ! ?) paid £500 for an H and a K both white, stripped and stored one which proves useful, only tonight a couple of lads around near the apollo ardwick/longsight followed her, pulled alongside questioning her,about the owner and SELL SELL SELL! me want it man IIEEE! happens often! Rob i did'nt weld and bog my door locks up, as no going back and all the ones i see the doors look rippley wobbly so i did these and removed the door pins and replaced them with flashing LEDs so they cant bend the door back and pull them, I'd rather replace the glass than a door, heres a pic of the dead H and locks/pins ANT! ps theres some ut beauties on this site the only time you get to them these days

I nearly changed the steering wheel, on my mk2, I had a nice other momo corse, but ended up liking it but I have removed the centre triangle piece and put a round horn push (MOMO) in and i like it, can some one post a pic of mk1 and i'l do the same Ant!

Here are a few pics of my standard 'looking' 1988 mk1. As you will see, it has mk2 modified engine and mk2 box/loom etc fitted. Every time I take it out, it puts a mile lonng grin on my face!!!!
