Hi guys,

I'm quite new to the forum here. So i don't understand it perfectly, maybe this is in the wrong section. Anyway i'll manage.

Let me introduce, My name is Sander and live on the other side of the sea. Well known as the Dutchies. Am i English? No, i've given birth in holland and have been wandering the earth floor for 19 years now.
i've been an proud owner of an blue Fiat Barchetta, which, i unfortunately had to sell doing my circumstances and maintenance costs. I just couldn't bring the money the Barchetta needed as i'm still a student.
Anyway, during the time i had the Barchetta. I've created some brackets to fit between the speaker and the chassis. I've been selling these in holland, belgium, germany and even italy. But now i want to get them over the sea.

So what does it do? Well its all about the shape and fitting of the bracket. It Seals of the gap between the speaker and the chassis of the Barchetta. Which has a hole underneat the speaker. And has been fitted with a soft material to eliminate vibrations caused by the speaker.

Buyers have been really happy with the end result, they fully agree the sound is much better with more and sharper bass. And the sound staying far more crispier throughout the volume.
When the bracket is fitted it seals of the speaker compartiment creating a 100% airtight space. The speaker will sound much more crispy and with much more punch and deeper bass. Pure because the speaker can move more accurately in the closed speaker compartiment.

I am wondering if you guys are interested, unfortunatly i cant post picture's because I have to spam the forum firtst for 5 times:D
I sell them for 32 pound, including shipping costs. But before I start lasering more piece's, I wanted to get some headsup if there is some interest.:)

Kind regards,:woot:
Sander

In this picture you can see the brackets being lasered. The brackets are precise cut to match the holes in the chassis.

The brackets will fit between the speaker and the plastic cover. They will NOT touch, so it won't rattle!

To explain what it exactly does, this picture below is the speakerhole in the chassis. Notice that weard gap / point on the left bottom?

The air will escape trough the gap, creating pressure loss and the speaker not working like it should.
I've put a lot of fun and time in it. Bumped in this idea by accident because i was just messing around. (secretly wanted to install speakers that just where too thick for the standard gap, so put a ring behind it. And discovered it made a huge difference in sound quality with or without covering the gap.
The final product has been painted so it wont absorb water and has been covered by a soft material to stop vibrations gains the chassis.

I've tested this before i made the final product for everyone to use in their barchetta.
You can vieuw the test here, make sure you put on headphones or are behind some good speakers for better comparisation. Still it doesn't sound as good as in real life because the limits the microphone has in my cellphone.

greetings from holland!:yum:
