I think a Polterghoost has moved in to the little interior lights console above the rear view mirror.
When I press the passenger courtesy light switch, the driver's courtesy light comes on. When I press the passenger courtesy light switch again, the passenger courtesy light comes on.
When I press the passenger courtesy light switch a third time, the passenger courtesy light goes off.
If I press the driver's courtesy light switch, the driver's courtesy light goes off.
Now, if I press the passenger courtesy light switch, the passenger courtesy light comes on.
If I press it again, the driver's courtesy light comes on.
If I press each switch again, each respective light goes off.
In short (see what I did there?) the driver's light switch only works on the drivers light (turning it on or off, regardless of how I turned it on). The passenger light switch seems to cycle through both lights one after the other. It's very clever how it works but obviously it's not supposed to be like that.
Apart from take it apart while I have a priest and a ouija board handy, is there any specific contacts, earth or switch that is the most likely culprit?
