Technical Pollen filter

Changing the pollen filter requires the clutch pedal to be depressed to get reasonable access. I have previously read to fix it down with a cable tie. This does work but is hard. I found that a round shanked philips screwdrive could be inserted into the top of the pedal where there is a slot /hole. This wedged under the dash as it tried to come back up, and held it easily. Next time, if I remember the technique the job will be 5 minutes.

Pop the clutch master cylinder ball joint off the pedal. Easier than holding the pedal down.
