Technical pls help

not sure if i have wrote this in the right place joined this site today to see if anyone can help me got a fiat punto granda 08 plate not started my car since sunday 4 days ago it had snow over the front of it the engine started straight away but within seconds the car started throwing smoke through the air vents into the car and out of the bonit i have never had this with any of my cars and i am scared to turn my engine on again, should i contact the sales room i got it from 6 months ago, really scared

yes it was, we have just deiced the car and now the battery wont start the engine, have i really broke my car

Dont worry, its under Warranty, let your Dealer take the strain & see if they will loan you a car while they have it

Give them a call Amanda, see what process they have in hand for such situations, my car came with free AA recovery for the Warranty period. They will fix it free if the fault is due to mechanical failure rather than wear & tear, its what the Warranty is for.

AA is first year only. But yeah you need to contact your dealer as thats the only way you know for certain what to do.

Do not try and start it again unless a suitably qualified person gives the OK.
Sounds like your alternator may have broken - see the thread on aircon broken for several other examples.
