Please help i have a 51 plate (2001) flat punto 1.2 16v sport and i am looking for the fan sensor switch.


if anyone can help please leave a comment below id love to know where it is as ive had a diagnostic done on it and says its broke but i cant locate it

Don't think it has one.
The fan is controlled by the coolant temp sensor I think

how high should temp gauge be be4 fan kicks in

yes i think it is too

Because if you unplug it, the car goes into Limp Home Mode

the Fan switchs on - it Cuts power Right Down - light comes on etc

Mine Sits just over half way (as in the needles just is over the side of the center mark) and it stays there even when fan comes on/off
