hi, ive just joined and hoping someone can help me. i have a fiat punto sport 1.2 16 valve 1999 (mk 1). my son in law has kindly given me his old car as a present but it has come with some issuse's. The first being it has no alternator and i dont know where to start but someone suggested a forum so here i am. i have been told by him that the alternator he got was the wrong one and he traided the old one in !!. can someone please help? I need to know where to purchase a new/ second hand one and which one i need also what should i expect to pay?
