I tried the one in Preston and they had none...

Tried Warrington and they had about 100 in stock ?!?

If there's another dealer near you try them, some keep them in some don't.

OK Dan. Don't panic fella.

Let's just get this clear....

Is it that when you offer up the nut to the wheel that not enough of the nut appears on the other side? I.e. is it that if you were to try and tighten them you would get about 2-3 turns of tighteneing but no more?

If so, they are the wrong bolts for the wheels be it legth or design. It sounds like the locking ones are able to sink into the wheel but the normal ones don't as they are flat backed collars. is that right?

If so, you will need tapered nuts (Oooeerr!) mate.

As I said, don't panic. if it comes to it I will pick you up for Saturday to cure at least one problem and we can take a look at your errant nuts! ;)

Where are you based. If you goto a shop istead of ordering off the net etc. I would expect a wheel shop to have them in stock. Fiat probably hardly ever sell them which is why they need to order them. I live round the corner from Wheelbase in Chadderton if you are from the Mancherster area and need directions.

@ Dan... I think i understand now...the bolts sit too far down in the hole? the wheels we have obviously require different bolts...Sorry about that i thought my HLX alloys would have the same bolts...i am obviously wrong!!! they are alloy wheel bolts, they did come off my alloys!

Sorry about this, i will give you your money back at the meet, i genuinely thought they would be the same? as i am sure anyone else would! I didnt think Fiat would have gone to the effort of making different bolts for different alloys!

@Danny... the problem you had is entirely different and was nothing to do with me! That is how TSW made the wheels! So the problem wasnt with me thanks...the pcd and holes are spot on! otherwise you wouldnt have been able to fit them! I did also send out a brand new set of TSW bolts to you didnt I!!!

@ Danny.. the reason you could get the fiat spanner on the bolts was because TSW made the holes too small!
