Plates for cars website?

Has anyone ever used the plates for cars website. They do a gel resin number plates and they are so oooo nice I just don't wanna shell out 45 if they aren't completely legal. The website says they are but I rather have a second opinion

Those plates are lovely buddy?!? The ones I'm looking at are a gel resin type plate. I can either black or carbon looking letters
