Technical Pipe nightmare

Please help cannot work out the hose I need for fiat 500 it attached underneath the windscreen I have no idea it's name

I am guessing it is the top heater hose going through the bulkhead from the engine. Often a Fiat Dealer only part being, shaped and odd diameters, so you may have to identify it from their computer screen when ordering, depending on how helpful they are.
You will need new clips as those are use once type, plus new antifreeze and carefully get all the air out of the system to prevent further damage.
My question is ,why does it look like it has been sawn off and a chunk removed?

How in the hell!!? Did the op cut that out!!? If that’s the heater hose … that’s gonna be awful fitting a new one there’s no room the intake is in the way ….. and removing that is a whole other nightmare

Its not all that bad, the biggest issue will be removing the pipe clip near the bulkhead, after that its straight forward( I found ) but why?

Looks like my 2018 is "all metal" already,
but yes, that was it's purchase reason
(now lives in the spare wheel.. In case it fails on a trip..)
