its a pulley.. or damping weight

Open the bonnet.. see if a belt is laid loose around the end of the engine.. opposite end to the battery

What engine does your Punto have?
Can you post a picture of th rim / edge of the part?

Are you sure it's off your car aor was it lying in the road and you just hit it when you parked? There are scrapes that look like it was slid along the road.

1.4 16v 95 ps ... I believe that it is from mine...I will go to a garage to check it by Monday....
Luckily..at this moment the car works properly...

That was my next guess. The broken item is part of the compressor clutch. For many A/C compressors you can buy just the clutch, but I can't find one for this Denso compressor. You cannot change the A/C compressor youself. It might be worth asking a local specialist if they can source a clutch.
