Euro car parts are often outIve spent the morning attempting to figure all this out..
Halfords dont sell Selenia the FIAT focussed Petronas brand
ECP recommend 3 different grades.. 5 brands and a scattergun of additive spec
Petrons say 'Selenia only' for my twinair
Opie oils show just 1 spec..and 3 brands ( they dont list any Petronas..)
So I am going for the Millers they list.. but bought via Ebay ad.
Phew..!!
AFter my experience with Petronas and seeing the state of the oil and hearing the terrible clatter on start up I won't entertain it with the possible exception of the TA but as Castrol is available I will probably defer to that. After 1700 miles in the 1.2 it came out as thin as water and looking like liquid rust, Not recommended by P Nut Esq.!Pretty sure the owns manual has only ever specified a C3 oil since the VVT. Introduction
I could easily be wrong as I have only looked a one 500 and one late panda manual
Depending how you look at it..
There is only 1 diesel build.. (1248cc)
but 2.. 875cc and 1242cc petrol
No multiair in Europe..??
Bottom paragraph seems to day :
Below C3..or C2.. could cause damage
Im ok with that.. as I dont have a derv 500
My 500 is a 2018 1242cc
The twinairs are Punto euro5 +Panda euro6.. so thats 3 different oil specs
Oh the joys !!
