Hi fellow panda people has anyone conkered the removal of the petrol tank large cap where the petrol pump/float is situated I got the seats out but the electric clip wouldn't come apart then the cap itself was rock solid tried hitting with a screwdriver and hammer with no joy had to put it back together as needed it for work any help would be appreciated (fuel gauge showing incorrect amount)

As I said

The neck of the tank swells up and it will be very tight

You will not be able to safely knock it on or off

If you do mange to get it off it will be almost impossible to put back

There's a few options

Proper tool
Fiat. 1.870.736.000

Universal tool

Or make your own

I made one out of an old horseshoes which worked okay

Hi wise one I'm struggling to find the correct petrol pump for my car ML61EHU without taking it out . I've looked everywhere and there saying doesn't fit your car etc etc I can't even find out if it's a mk 3 or whatever

It's a 169 according to fiat

Some vender call is a mark2
Other venders call it a mark3

On here it's classed as a mark3 as does the panda wiki page
