General Petrol prices..

Filled up the Panda yesterday, first time in I don't know how long. It doesn't travel far..

Driving into work (a trip that passes two garages, one Shell and one Texaco), I noticed that that the Shell garage was 95.9 for unleaded and the Texaco one 98.9. Went out at lunchtime, massive queue at Texaco so went to the Shell garage (further of the two, but cheaper petrol), only to discover that they had sold out of normal unleaded. Had to fill up with V-power at 102.9 instead. Bargain.. not.

I have to confess I've bought a peugeot diesel for long journeys as I run it off old chip fat. Fuel is so stupidly expensive now that the panda only goes on short fun runs...

102.9 for v power is cheap, it 105.9 here
