Fiat and GM give different ways to achieve the correct torque.
230Nm or 50Nm plus 90 degrees. I don't have a souped up torque wrench so used the "plus 90" value. The crank is locked using a pin into the flywheel.
You must also replace the torque damper hub. It is usually supplied with a cam chain kit but not always. The bolt was in every kit I looked at.

EPER calls it a flange).
LH thread bolt Part No 55187537
Front oil seal should be in the replacement cam chain kit
An engine that has done 160,000 km will probably have worn valve rockers and lifters. It is false economy to not replace the set while the cam chain is stripped down.

TAKE GREAT CARE when fitting the vacuum pump. The bolts are special but look like any other M8 bolt. Fit a bolt that is too long will beak the cam carrier casting as it bottoms out. Access is bad but test fit your bolts before fully tightening.
