General Which way do Scuttle panel clips go?

I had to remove the scuttle panel to unblock the drain beneath the windscreen of my 2007 Panda, when I took it off all the clips fell off and I don’t know where they go back. They’re white and like an L shape. Does the straight bit go under the Windscreen and the clip but clip to the scuttle?
