Sadly my panda has said to me that if i dont get a Italy car flag, its going to break down

I have to take issue with that. Having owned both Pandas and a Cinq Sporting (as well as other Centos) the Cinq would be far more likely to break down than the Panda.
Does anybody know where i can buy a Italy flag that says Italy in the middle, as my old Italy flag has faded, so it now looks like the Irish flag

Try Rome in Italy, its as good a place as any to pick up an italian flag! just make sure the colours aint military issued as ive heard they go weak and run! Good on you chris for flying the flag.
