General Passenger Height Adjuster

Good Morning

Has anyone fitted a height adjuster for the passenger seat in the UK? One annoying thing for passengers is, they feel like there sitting high.

My Question is, has anyone fitted the trim from a left drive car to their ppassnger seat, so they have the adjuster lever?

I would assume the parts are already under the seat, just would need the adjuster lever and plastic trim changing over, to make it work?

anyone done this? Would it be a case of getting parts 4, 5 & 6?

I would put money on it that the raise / lower mechanism is definitely NOT there. I suggest you buy a LHD drivers seat and swap trim over. Not an easy job but doable. Just watch out for airbags and always disconnect battery for at least the very minimum of 10 minutes before.

I think you'll need a complete seatbase at least.

I don't think anyone done that, so you'll be the first. We are waiting for pictures and details, if you do it.
It is very annoying Fiat didn't fit height adjustment mechanism to both front seats to begin with.

Looks like sourcing one might be my first hurdle, before attempting it

Get a LHD driver's seat and take it from there
