Technical Passenger door - Lock problems

Hi,

Can anyone help me with this:

I have Stilo MW the passenger door won't lock neither by remote nor by key and the pin don´t go down by hand, the electric window and mirror still working ok

Any advise?

Lock is probably jammed if the lock pin doesn't move as it goes straight into the lock. To take it out you need to remove the door trim, door glass, and inner door frame. Not as bad as it sounds if you are patient with it .
