Technical passenger door does not lock

Hi. New to Fiat (bought used Ducato (self-build camper) yesterday) and new to this forum. First problem with the van. The passenger door does not lock with the central locking. And it doesnt have a keyhole to lock it from the outside and no lock on the inside either - just the door latch. Any suggestions on how to fix? Thanks. Fiat Ducato Maxi 2011.

Does the drivers lock 'bounce'..or lock ok?

Do the other doors lock? Until its sorted this method will allow you to lock the passenger door,

Get a screwdriver and with the door open push it into the locking latch to click it closed then try locking the door

If it looks okay then it may be a issues with he door adjustment
