I've found the ePER page using my lap top but all I get is like a home page which doesn't let me enter any details.
Help is needed please.

No sign of the 3 lines you mention just the English flag in the top right. 
Sorry if I'm not sure what you're trying to do here, I've only just read this. Are you trying to see parts for your car? If so click on the ePER at the top of this page which takes you to the ePER home page. On the top bar you'll see MODEL, click on it and a drop down gives you options. Assuming you want FIAT stuff, click on FIAT and select your car, click on that and so on until you get to the page you want.No sign of the 3 lines you mention just the English flag in the top right.
Or maybe I've completely misunderstood the problem, in which case sorry.
By the way, I don't see the lines top right either?

Ah. that's probably the problem. I'm on my windows laptop as i don't have a smart phone. Bet it's something windows is interpreting differently?
On an ordinary browser, just click Search and enter your VIN in the correct box.

Thank you, now I've found it. I wasn't looking at the left hand top of the home page I was concentrating on the top right .
