I am looking for what is called a reinforcement for the front end cradle assembly. The part number is 68071622-ab. It is for a 2013 Fiat 500 abarth. Any help new or used part appreciated!

Thanks so much! I chased down a few other online parts available but when you go to order it showed a backordered delivery date. Hoping with eBay I'll be able to determine if they actually have it stocked or not or allow me to buy it and then say it's backordered. I sent the owner of the part a text to confirm whether they have it or not
