Staying original Damien appart from the wheels which will go on soon and a spare gearbox is going for the full recon treatment, I've got a brand new ign unit, another brand new carb just changed the master cylinder, calipers, discs, pads and new alternator and some other bit's n pieces i might stick on but nothing that isn't really original

Fair enough Alan,im totaly with you with keeping it original!!its a classic after all?Saw a beautiful dark met green Sisley in cannes last week i think it was one of the last ones, probably an italian import,alot are over this part of france.i was amazed at the interest my car got when i advertised it last week!!
Thing is that i had it up for 3000euros and judging from the response i could of asked for more!!amazing when you think!!but then would i be better off taking the money and buying a sisley when i get back to the uk,for half the price!!ha ha!!its a luxurious dilema!!is it more costly to insure a left hooker in the uk!!hmm!:chin:

This 1.0 example's located nearer to me (ok, Barnsley), but looks like quite a rust bucket (see link), and standing outside for about a year can't be great either...

...there's this 750 from 1992 somewhere in Somerset. Says there's a bit of rust on o/s door, which isn't shown, but there's quite some MOT, and enough tax to get it home.

Now if only I lived nearer to Essex.... :( no one's bidded on that blue CLX.

that blue CLX looks gorgeous, if it were nearer to me Id have been on it like a shot. But, Im suspicious, I mean a handbrake adjustment is all thats needed for an MOT.. why doesnt he do it then? Even the garage could have done that for next to nothing. Plus hes done all that work on it, put it in for an MOT and now doesnt want it... definately suspect!!!

Agree with that NP, seems very strange - with a full MOT it might have even gone for more than £350. Those auctions are so unpredictable.

Maybe the new owner will join the forum...

Well it went for £526, without MOT, to someone in Surrey. Was it anyone on here or do we start a sweep stake as to how long before its back on Ebay?

That's a lot of money for a Panda with no MOT. Hopefully the new owner will find the forum and let us know how he got on with it. Did look a lovely example though.(y)
