Fiat Punto Sisley baby 4X4 Update.

Re the £900 ( £900, yeah right! ) maroon 1991 Sisley in Devon, which was on Ebay.

After initial contact, seller failed to respond to any further enquiries. No pictures were forthcoming and none appeared on the auction page. Ebay have now pulled the listing with out any explanation.

If anyone on the forum is interested in the vehicle, I still have the sellers e-mail address.

4x4 Red Mint Condition, stuck in 4th gear.

emailed seller and basically said that as its stuck in gear, no available MOT cert, it would need trailering away and therefore not really in MINT condition.Only good for spares or repairs.
Reply was that his mate has the MOT cert., but he's on holiday at the moment so cert not available yet. mmmmmm.
I want it for the bodywork so offered him £175.00. Offer not even acknowledged.
He has a feedback score of one ,previous vehicle sold a vectra for spares.
Worth a cheeky punt though.
I love ebay,just bought a 4x4 front wheel hub/bearing brand new £7.19 plus a fiver postage .

I actually agreed a price with this guy on the phone 48 hours ago. I was lucky enough to have spotted it when it had been on eBay for 10 minutes! Yesterday morning I was going to pick it up with my trailer and he e-mailed me to say the deal was off as he had spoken with his mate and he wanted me to offer him at least another £100. I had insurance quotes for the car and had organised transport. He flippantly told me he wanted more money, didn't even try and come up with an excuse. A right kick in the nuts I thought. Very odd but friendly bloke. Knows nothing about Pandas. Doesn't mean it is bad, just that he can't help you out with any questions. Don't know what else to say. (n)

Sorry about that Tony, I'd better not mention then the rust free tailgate, set of bull bars and the inclinometer for forty quid I bought last week then.

Nah, i have decided that the Sisley really needs a new owner to do it justice anyway... So i have an excuse to stop spending money on it.

I've done all i can really afford to... time for someone to finish the job.

I going to become a 1 car household for a while... I have to do a itenary of parts that are going with it as i bought a lot to go on. It's a package deal... I don't want bits around to tempt me to buy another :). it's back to 2wd for me next month.

I can't really use a Sisley to commute daily to work... it's just not right.

back to the camo panda in exeter anyone know why it wont pass an mot apart from a leaky radiator and flat tyre???
its just i'm bored and fed up as grahams away and as he doesnt have access to a computer till monday i feel like some fun :p ;)
