That's an NCF Torino, the successor to the Road Rat. Looks like a good quality build too. He's probably selling it because SVA testing is quite expensive. If I didn't already have the 'Rat I'd certainly be interested in this. With good condition 4x4s going for over 1K these days this is a very good buy. More sensible and conventional than the 'Rat but just as much fun and easy to maintain. A good start for younger drivers too 'cos kit insurance can be considerably cheaper than normal insurance. These are also quite rare; I've only ever seen one at a kit car show before, years ago. Somebody here has to go for it! I'd have company in my quirkiness then!
