Hi all can anyone identify this part from a Panda 0.9 Twin air turbo 2013 I do not know what it is ? Picture taken from underneath engine looking towards near side wheel. Is there anything missing ? The black part with the pipes attached Thank you in advance

Did you have a look at Eper..??
I don't know what it is, it's sure not on my 2018 model..!!

I had it on my 2017 and its also on my 2019 car. I look at it and wonder what it really does and think. 'Its a fing innit'

I remember back in the day, the early cars had a problem with the clutch actuation that was solved by retrospectively fitting these dampers. Quite a few folks took their then nearly new cars back to Fiat to have them fitted.
