I am a very quiet and private person so I never wave at other Panda owners and wouldnt wave back to be honest. I know there is an early plate 100HP in grey around but I have never seen him when I am actually in my car. I have only come across 1 other 100HP while I was actually drivng. It was in blue and 2 old ladies were in it which I found odd to be honest.
