I think the 195-45R15 used on 100HP is too wide and I believe the narrow tyres fitted on "ordinary" Pandas are too narrow. I would go for something in-between. The 165 R 14 alloys fitted to some models are probably the best option You could get pepper pot steels to the same spec and be all sorted.
Edit - I've just looked on Oponeo. 165 is only shown at 165-80R14 which gives no room for error. 175R15 has many more options.
