General Panda multijet vs twinair

Forgive my ignorance but what is the benefit of the 15" wheels with the lounge spec?
My eyes are heading towards the black but with side mouldings so I'm weighing up the pro's and con's of the lounge over the easy but with bits added on.....

Cosmetic only IMO, I'm quite happy with the 14" wheels on mine - Besides, the tyres are cheaper to replace.
