General Panda in Ipplepen, devon

Hello guys!
just stripped a front smashed F red 1000s at Lapthorne Motors in Ipplepen, near totnes, devon.

I got most stuff but there is a really really lovely 50k engine left in the car plus exhaust plus starter motor plus wheels plus seats etc. engine was running lovely when I tried it.

That sounds very nice. I'm prob gonna need one soon because I went to Perfect Service today in Newton Abbot to pick up some ZC90 and to sort out my timing.
I told him about a knocking, he didnt think much of it but when we went out for a test drive he said the big end is going and quite worn (Thanks to my dad for running the car for 5 years with the same oil and a blowing head gasket)
Are the engines easy to replace, I guess I could drain the new oil out when it came to changing the engine.

Did he say how much he wanted for the engine, and is it still in the car?
