General Panda Bulkhead sealing

Hi, my 09reg Panda Eco-active 1.1 leaks engine fumes into the cabin when running stationary at lights etc. It was previously much worse as the airbox offside mounting ferrule was loose in the moulding. I did manage to secure the airbox so that the engine vent tube is securely in place but still there is slight fume leakage. I believe the bulkhead is sealed during manufacture. Has anybody else had this problem?

Sigot broken under the air box

Oil dripping on the exhaust

You can't seal the bulkhead, the fresh air in feed is below the windscreen

Thank you, I did have issues with the spigot but sorted that. I will try replacing the breather pipe which did seem a little slack.

Electrical tap should be enough to test with

Have your heater intake rubber drains got lost? You can just drop them into the holes though properly slotting them in is ideal.
