Technical Panda and odb

Wonder if anyone can help with a simple question. I don;t have the car with me at the moment so can not check but does the new shape Panda have a standard odb2 socket?

Looking to order a bluetooth scantool to get the error codes but thought I would check first.

If you mean the Mk2 Panda, ie: the one you can buy today, then Yes, it does have OBD2. I have an OBD-2 WiFi jobbie and associated iPhone App that allows me to monitor various channels in real time, as well as log stuff, see error codes and the like. Was hoping for AFR as one of the parameters, but unfortunately not. However, as a concept, it works fine.

Just what I was after. I have ordered a bluetooth ODB just now and will download the android Torque app.

Also downloaded the soaftware for my lappy.

Do you know were I can get a list of the error code descriptions?

At the risk of sounding stupid, if the current car (2003+) is Mk3 and what I had before was a Mk1 (1988 Sisley 4x4), what was the Mk2 then?

The Sisley was a mk2, early pandas 1980-86 (mostly rusted away now as worse than the mk2s for rot) were the mk1's.

Mk1 & 2's were completely different chassis and interiors with very few parts being interchangeable the Seat Marbella is mk1 based also.
