Panda (Classic) Panda 4x4 Camshaft

Starting at 99p and £9 P+P.

I'm thinking of going for it. Is anyone else thing of it / wanting as a spare?

If your think of it as a spare jon, would the selecta cams not be fairly similar, being the 1108 heads?

9 quid postage is about right. I sent a punto 60 cam in the post about 2 months ago and it cost £8.50. I thought it was a lot, too, but i guess they're heavier than you think.

The Selecta cam's are apparently the same as the rest of the none 4x4 Panda range, but got talking to Kev at camp about the cam's, and how one of his none 4x4's seems have one fitted from factory.

I'm still convinced that my slightly faster Selecta must have a 4x4 Cam, so was thinking of getting one to put in dad's Selecta to see if it speeds it up to like mine.

Well, unless the seller as numbered the shims and buckets there will be a slight problem here (he's stuck them all in a plastic bag!), plus shimming is often required because of valve stem tolerances that will vary between different engines. Either way, you WILL have to re-check the clearances when swapping it into another engine and will also most probably need to change some of the shims.
