Panda 319 Speaker Upgrade

I'd be looking to upgrade the front speakers including the tweeters with a budget of around £200 tops to go with the Pioneer headunit I've purchased.

Anyone know the depth of the woofer/midrange speakers? I know that adaptor rings will be required.

Regarding tweeters are any that are plug and play?
