Panda 100hp cable problems and HU

Hi im new to the forum so please take it easy on me.
I'm wanting to install a sub and amp in my panda, iv taken a look behind the glove compartment for a rubber grommet to run the power cable through but i can't find one, and im planing to change the original HU for a alpine one is there any way that blue and me will work with any other head unit. Thank you in advance.

Also, the 100HP doesn't have Blue and Me, only Bluetooth.
