Pancake Day today...

Im a fan of maple syrup on pancakes.....

Plus the comment on Golden Syrup is true...its frankly one of the best possible things on pancakes, that is assuming that you can get the spoon back out of the tin once you put it in!

You have to heat the spoon up first then the syrup just runs off of it!!

Well mine were interesting, went to pub after work and stumbled home to make pancakes.. Made loads, to the point of feeling sick and then back down the pub.. Not looking forward to going home today after work, kitchen looks like some gremlins have made pancakes
